Studio in a School interview questions

First round was a phone interview with the Director of Finance; second round was an in person with the Director of Finance and the Executive Director. I sent my thank you letters and was told I would hear back within a couple of weeks but all I heard were crickets. The position has been reposted. I guess they're looking for that elusive purple squirrel.
