StudioNorth interview questions

I spoke with the Events Experience Director who lives out of state as my first intro to StudioNorth, and from there scheduled an in-person interview with 3 people (CEO, COO, and Client Services Director). The interview was with all 3 men at the same time and unexpectedly the CSD asked me to "present/problem solve" a mock client creative issue. It was very strange. I've had to prepare and present during interviews before but this felt scattered and unprofessional.
