I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Stuller (Lafayette, LA) in Nov 2016
Interview
I had 3 rounds of interviews. First over the phone, then twice in person with a pretty broad range of departments represented, round table style. It was a pretty laid back interview format that made it really easy to speak about my prior experiences, and overall qualifications for the position.

Interview
I had at least 4 interviews for my entry level position spanning over 2 months. One with an HR rep, only about 15 minutes just to get to know me. Then 2 virtual interviews with 2 separate teams, finally an on-site interview. After my on-site interview, HR informed me of another opening they thought I would be a better fit for. I interviewed once with that team and was offered the position about a week later. My offer letter gave me a start date of an entire month later.
