Process took two months and 8 interviews only to be told the role was no longer available and that they were creating a lower level position instead. Communication was not strong throughout the entire interview process, requiring me to consistently follow up as the timeline for their follow up was changed constantly. Disappointing process.

The interview process was very smooth. The recruiters followed up with me in a timely manner and they were very communicative with me. There were 3-4 rounds of interviews total.

How would you address a campaign that was underperforming?
recruiter (45 min), hiring manager (1 hr), sql (45 min), final rounds
recruiter was really annoying, would call and text me unprompted (I think you should ask for permission before calling and texting people). Hiring manager wasn't the worst but seemed slightly disengaged. They all seemed to doubt my interest in the role or asked very pointed questions around that.
