Interview would take a day as they try to accomplish two interviews per person. First initial interview (Applicant background). Second interview (Hiring Manager interview). Over all experience would be great as the hiring assistant is very accommodatable to applicants
Taking an exam before the interview with HR, if got selected then proceed to the final interview with the manager of the department you are applying then process of requirements then start working.
