I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Suade Labs (London, England) in May 2023
Interview
Disappointing treatment of candidates and lack of respect for their time. First stage interview with the COO (15mins long and virtual). It took about 3 weeks to be able to schedule this time in his diary. Second stage: Case study presentation. At the end of the week I was finally sent a case study to do a presentation on. They requested I return it within 72hrs, which meant I was forced to spend part of my Bank Holiday weekend doing so and sadly missing part of an important family event. The next stage if I succeeded would be to meet the founders, which based on the time it took to secure a 15min virtual meeting with the COO, I imagine would take some time. A mere few days after I had submitted the case study the COO emailed saying they had offered the role to someone else who had accepted. Considering the time frames, it was very apparent that when they asked me to do the case study they had already offered someone else the role. Disappointing treatment of candidates and lack of respect for their time. Its clear from the other reviews that this is the status quo at Suade.
