Sub-Zero & Wolf Appliance interview questions

Very HR driven, HR manager seemed still wet behind the ears and not familiar with operations, yet seems to be calling those shots. Red flags everywhere, guarantee that won’t work in Cedar Rapids it is too competitive here with many options and people don’t like the political and bureaucratic HR structure one bit. It’s like they are looking for someone with 30 years in who never left a job, and that just isn’t common today. It will be a revolving door of turnover, like every company where HR gets that involved. They aren’t ready for Cedar Rapids one bit.

Very scripted, HR guy and ops Manager in CR don’t really seem to be the right group asking questions for talent. The interview was almost like it was being done to the minimum because they already had a hire from someone you know likely. Waste of my time, didn’t feel like they could even speak the language that a maintenance person should be interviewing for. There’s no reason my resume shouldn’t have qualified for at the least, a on site interview. Pretty glad it worked out that way after that. I fear this company will struggle in Cedar Rapids.
