I applied through other source. I interviewed at Subex
Interview
HR saw my Naukri profile, contacted me through phone, scheduled an interview.
The interview went on for 45-50mins.
The interview really went well, even the interviewer was impressed.
After a couple of days got a mail saying I'm not selected.
Everything was professional.
May be in future i'll be waiting to join the same company.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Subex (Bengaluru) in Mar 2019
Interview
I got a mail regarding the walk-in at Subex the previous day. After reaching there on time, HR SPOC was 1 hour late, and he informs the people who have attended the walk-in that it is cancelled. He doesn't have basic professionalism to drop a mail and inform that it's been cancelled. Then he says since you people have come, we'll take interview. After waiting for 2 more hours, one person comes to interview.
The interviewer is not interested in the code I have written and was looking at his phone .
If you people don't want to hire someone , please don't waste someone's precious time. We come for the interview with some expectations, we are not sitting idle at home so thought of attending interview.
Treat professionals right, don't waste our time.
Very bad experience
