The interview was in the faculty location with the selection committee it was about lecturer Assitant position and there were only 4 applicants to this job. The process began online where we submitted an application and after the assessment, I was one of the shortlisted candidates. After that, I and the other three candidates attended an interview which ran for about 1:30 hours and finally, after this interview I was lonely invited to another interview with the dean of the faculty.
