I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Suffolk Construction (Boston, MA)
Interview
In person interview with 2 Project Managers at one of their Projects in Boston. Very informative and relaxed. If you have the experience, it's more of an informal process. The process from start to finish was very fast with the internal recruiter being very forthcoming and honest.

I applied through other source. I interviewed at Suffolk Construction (Boston, MA) in Oct 2025
Interview
Interview was done through Zoom. Interview was conducted with a PX running the project. He described the project scope & listed out the duties and responsibilities as per usual. Nothing too different than a typical interview process.

Question 1
How will your experience in the field translate to the office side of things?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Suffolk Construction (Miami, FL) in Jan 2024
Interview
Phone call, then Zoom, then in person interviews. Overall fast experience and good overall while being evaluated by Suffolk.
Once an offer was received, I thought about it for a few days then declined it. After declining it, the COO called saying the offer was rescinded. Bizarre experience to have an offer rescinded after declining. Somewhat competitive offer but below market rate. No level of transparency on work culture or future compensation potential. Refused to put anything in writing besides the formal offer.
