I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Suitsupply in May 2026
Interview
I had an initial interview with a recruiter. It was a bit unusual because they asked me technical questions without even knowing the answers themselves. Instead, they simply checked my responses against a provided "correct" answer. Of course, it’s impossible to match their answers word for word. Additionally, the recruiter expressed concerns about my ability to pass the interview process because I hadn’t worked with some of their technologies in recent years.
As a result, they didn’t even send a rejection email—they just disappeared.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Suitsupply (Amsterdam) in Mar 2026
Interview
Too many rounds, too many details, and questioning for long hours, crossing you, so you definitely make some mistakes, and they are all focused, giving pressure in the interview, so you say something wrong or not perfect, and find a reason to deselect. And usually they will not be having hard requirements to hire, but just to keep their employees busy, they always have open position which are not meant to be filled easily.
Do not waste your time with so many rounds of a long interview. Their intention is to make you fail in the interview as you move along.
I interviewed one of the recruiters, it was nice talking, but after that, I waited almost one month and there was no response, I asked them for their feedback, and no response. Not professional.
