I was initially contacted via LinkedIn and invited to an interview. The hiring process turned out to be extremely drawn out with inconsistent communication. I eventually received a verbal offer, but no clear timeline or follow-up regarding the start date. Despite multiple attempts to get clarification, I received no response. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend.

What initiatives or different ways of working could you bring to the company?
Very poor comms - took nearly 6 months to respond and a month between stages. A real lack of care and empathy is shown to applicants. Recruiter will then ghost you without any explanation or feedback
