Very bad and disogranized process. They simply ghost you for then randomly scheduling the following interview after 3 weeks. Then they disappear again with no feedback. It looks like recruiters are not speaking with the interviewers at all

The first interview went very nicely
I introduced myself and explained my plans, why I wanted to change job. I was told the main points, the contract conditions and the salary offered to everyone for this position. The first interview was more for getting to know each other, and the second interview with the head of the department will be a test of professional skills
