Sumifru interview questions

Throughout my career, I have undergone numerous interviews, but this was by far the most disappointing and unprofessional experience I’ve encountered. It made me question the current standards of HR practice in the country. The so-called "Talent Specialist" appeared ill-prepared and lacked fundamental skills expected in her role. Her poor command of English, disorganized questioning, failure to commit to scheduled call times, and complete lack of follow-up reflect a serious gap in professionalism. I never even received a proper update regarding the interview outcome. It’s quite baffling how someone with such evident deficiencies was entrusted with a critical role in talent acquisition, especially for a company that claims to be a globally recognized player in agricultural exports. If this is the kind of representation they allow at the frontlines of their recruitment process, it speaks volumes about their internal priorities and standards. In hindsight, I’m relieved the interview didn’t progress. I cannot recommend pursuing opportunities with this company based on my experience. Organizations must invest in capable HR professionals, especially when seeking to attract the best talents.
