Summerfield Commercial interview questions

What was advertised, was not even close to what was really offered. Don't waste your time with these guys. There's a reason why they have empty desks. After meeting the owner, I got a very uneasy feeling. Sure enough, all my assumptions were confirmed once I did a little investigating. Word is, he is very difficult to work with. So bad that investors, developers, etc..., will not do business with Summerfield Commercial. Bottom line, the name is tarnished in the real estate community. You are better off elsewhere.
