I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Summit Human Capital
Interview
Was contacted over LinkedIn. The role was not as advertised.
They are a contracting company, they does not advertise that fact initially. I was presented with a description of the role and the company as if Summit Human Captial was a recruiter, but they are just a contracting company, so they cut your paycheck.
Note, no time off
You have to pay out of pocket for what appeared to be fairly bad benefits.
I was interviewed for about an hour, and then told that a follow up meeting would be scheduled. I never heard from them again.
It was a somewhat unprofessional and in my opinion a bit of a waste of time.
If considering a role with this company I would look closely at their benefits, and time off rules as I don't think they have very competitive rates.
I would not reccomend based on my limited experience
