Started with a phone screening then an in person mechanical aptitude test. This gets graded then it was off to an interview with HR, followed by an interview from the department head.

Walked in for a interview gave me a walk in the plant asked what I all know and had experience in the gave me a job offer called me next day to see if I would Except the job but I turned down didn’t feel right for me

Interview
It was a great interview. The HR Director was very personable and did a great job explaining the position and expectations. I informed her of the strategy I would use that would benefit the company.
