Thank you for taking the time to write a review on our company, but I do just want to address some of your concerns. First, typically when applying for a job, people do their research on both the role and the company that they are applying for before they actually apply. All of the information about our company and what we do is clearly stated on our company website on the "About Us" page. Second, the reason why you were contacted so quickly could have been because we were wrapping up the interview process and wanted to make sure that each qualified individual had the opportunity to get an interview with us and learn more about the role and the company itself. As far as the interview reminders go, our HR Manager probably called to make sure that you had the correct address and knew where you were going and would have only called you one time prior to your schedule interview. Second, we have a very specific interview process so we can make sure we are bringing in the right people into our company. During the interview process we want to make sure our company structure and opportunity is understood and we are sorry that you felt as if you were being "pitched". Obviously, we want people to join our company who want to work with us and who we believe are a great fit. We understand that our company is not for everyone, so it would not make much sense to try to "sell" our company to people we interview. Our first interview, is more of meet and greet, getting to know you and informing you more on our company and the role that you had applied for. Our second interview is in more depth on the details and day to day of the role itself. We did expand and open another location around this time which is why we had multiple positions available.
We are sorry that you were unable to see the opportunity in our company and did not enjoy your experience during your interview. We hope you find what it is that you are looking for and again we appreciate the review.
