SummitMedia interview questions

First time, phone interview went well and was asked to monitor several stations and offer my critique of each. After I had submitted my report, was told I would hear from them in the next week or two. Was ghosted and had no calls or emails returned. Another interview a few years later with a different executive, was again asked to submit a review for the station for which I was applying. Again, did not hear back. Applied later for a third station. The job ad was posted after the media announced the position had been filled. Yet, I received a follow-up email asking me to complete a questionnaire so we could continue deeper into the interview process for the position which had already been filled. Never heard back.

The whole process was unorganized. It seemed like the job did not match the description. Did not provide much detail in answering any questions. Chaotic leadership, low salary, poor benefits.
