There is a 3 step interview process to get hired here. The 1st interview is pretty easy, more or less just an introduction to the company and what exactly the position entails. The manager is really just looking to see what type of person you really are in this interview. How well you speak, how well you present your self, if you are someone who could potentially run an office. From my experience I know he likes people with a sports background as well as military experience but is very open to working with people from all backgrounds. He is not so much so focused on what you have on your resume as much as he is how well you carry yourself and if you can impress him, so sorry your bachelors or even masters degree doesn't get you too far here.
