I applied online, but also contacted people on linked in similar positions. The HR rep contacted me first. The process was fast, aggressive. Recruiter contact - phone screening, 2 on-site interviews, and 3 referral calls, within 2 weeks. Unsuccessful negotiation.

Interview
The hiring manager seemed disinterested from the start and was completely unorganized with their questions. When you are on video, your body language is very important, and if you give a vibe to the candidate that they couldn’t care less on what you are saying, it’s hard to engage.
