Head of Customer Success - Contact Centre Interview

      14 Apr 2026
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Warrington, North West England, England
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sunbelt Rentals (Warrington, North West England, England) in Mar 2026

      Interview

I have to express my disappointment. I took a half day annual leave to attend an interview with these guys. I prepped a solid and well-thought out presentation. I researched the company. Drove an hour and a half to get there, and got stuck in awful traffic on the way back. It's been 4 weeks since the interview and nobody has called or emailed to provide any updates. If it's a no, call me, email me, tell me. If you need more time, call me, email me, tell me. Radio silence is disrespectful. If you can't treat people with respect and professionalism at this stage, imagine how poor it must be to actually work for them.
