I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Sunbird Shopping Center (Olympia, WA) in May 2018
Interview
I originally went in and dropped off my resume in person and introduced myself and my interest in working there. Not too long after that I saw a job posting that they were hiring for a position and I applied for it online. A man called me and asked if I was available to come in on a certain day and time which I accepted. When I showed up and asked for the person I was told to they found that he was at a different location and a different guy came up to me and joked and said sorry you will have to deal with me today. Shortly after the interview started, a woman radioed to him and asked if she could sit in on the interview with him and he said yes. The entire interview consisted of either one of them leaving the room to go deal with another issue or matter leaving me with one or the other of them questioning me with very personal questions I thought where very irrelevant to the position I was interviewing for. One of the questions being if I was a Mom or not. Completely unprofessional and makes me feel like they would use that against me as if I might have to call out or stay home because of my children, which I have never had to do any of my previous positions. They were also very pushy about asking detailed questions about a mistake that I made at a previous employer and position. I had explained the situation and they kept asking me why this and why that and what exactly happened when really it was irrelevant to this new company and position I was applying at. I understand they have a right to know why I left my previous employer to a certain extent but they also don’t need to know every minute detail about the situation when I am confident that a similar mistake will not be made and also cannot even be made because it is a completely different type of business and company. Over all they were very unprofessional and somewhat rude I felt during this interview and I was made to feel very uncomfortable and awkward.
I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Sunbird Shopping Center (Chehalis, WA) in May 2015
Interview
I was called after I completed a paper application. It took a week for them to respond. When I arrived, the manager kept me waiting for about 20 minutes after the time of the interview. I finally had a brief meeting where I was asked very basic questions in the typical format. Nothing surprising. The gm was not very polite, and even seemed like he didn't want to be there.
