Spoke with a recruiter over the phone. Never disclosed salary. Implied I’d be working >60 hrs a week (on salary) with no overtime pay. Not interested in my qualifications and basically talked me out of the position.

Dry and to the point. They have a chart and rate you based off your responses. You interview with two people then you if they like you invite you to the office where you interview with the Vp

Interview
Easy phone interview. More to screen the bad than find the good. It was a bit difficult to get the first (and only) phone interview. No site visit required as it was an intern position.
