Thanks for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience in early 2023 wasn't positive. Since this time we've taken several steps to better manage recruitment, respond to candidate questions and feedback requests where that's possible, and we now have dedicated support for this process within our newly established operations team.
In this particular circumstance, it was the case that we were able to internally promote, and wherever possible we will do so. However, the recruiter wasn't informed in good time, and we're glad to have the opportunity here to acknowledge that mistake. That part of the process has also been tightened up, and we now work with a small number of recruiters that we consider partners of Sunhouse.
