Sunlight Financial interview questions

Interview process was as expected in terms of conversations with key decision makers. However, the length of the interview process was excessive due to cancellations/rescheduling interviews. Waited almost a month to be told they hired someone else.

Initial interview with a recruiter to discuss my general background. Then a second interview was scheduled with the team's manager. Sadly, although scheduled, the manager never called on the day and time scheduled. A follow-up email with the manager received no reply. Complete waste of time and unprofessional.
