Sunnova Project Manager interview questions

Interview process was overall fine until the end. They completely ghosted me. I followed up with HR a week after the final interview and heard nothing back. 2 weeks after the final interview I reached out directly to the hiring manager and they told me I didn’t get it. I understand the reasoning but I think it’s good practice to at least inform candidates that they are no longer in the running for the job.

Had multiple 30minutes interviews, total of 6 30 min interview and one 1hr interview with recruiter.Enjoyed the interview process and learning more about company that is high growth phase however i am really disappointed in company’s recruiting and hr policies. After 7 interviews (total of 4hr of my time) nobody bothered to notify me that position was filled. I sent an email to hiring manager and didn’t get any response. After that many interviews the least Sunnova team could have done is to follow up with one sentence email we have selected another candidate, it’s common courtesy and standard business practice.
