The process took about a month and a half, starting with a phone interview, followed by a four-part assessment and an interview with the communications team. There would have been an additional round after that. The interviewers were comfortable, friendly, and conversational.
The main downside was communication. I was initially rejected after the phone interview, then contacted the following day and told it was a mistake. After moving forward and completing the second-round interview, I was later rejected again—but only after I reached out for an update following a period of no communication, and the email appeared to be a copy of the original rejection message.
