Interview
First was contacted by recruiter and was given details of the job and the interview process, then phone interview with a manager and finally an in person interview with two different managers. Was then asked to do a written portion which included rebuttal emails and the standard "why are you good for the job" questions. Everyone was very polite although the initial phase with their recruiting team could have been handled with more professionalism as the interview process they described was not the reality, too much overselling in my opinion.
Interview was informal and straight to the point which I enjoyed. They are in the midst of a big hiring push so things were hectic with multiple people waiting to be seen. Questions were simple since performance at this job is purely dependent on work ethic.

Q: What is your experience in sales and what type of sale was it?
It went very well came in to be interviewed by a hiring manager. I waited for him in the office and when he came he asked me about myself and my experiences that would relate to the job.
