Suntech Power interview questions

Had a screening phone interview first, video interview later. Started out with introduction of the two participants and introduction of the company and the role. Then went on to questions about applicant's background and experience.

I basically went through the whole interview and it was all through I.M and toldme to kindly wait by my computer so that he could consult with his team members to discuss if I should b hired or not and they hired me. But No background check or face to face or Skype interview
