Interview
There are two phases. 1st with HR then mock lecture with HOP and other panel. The question being around the subject knowledge and previous experience but also some general knowledge.
The interview is great. There is also mock teaching for the lecturers. The HR is also helpful. Common interview questions were asked and some questions pertaining to the students. If you are an experienced lecturer, there is no need to worry on the interview process.
