Lengthy interview process. But constant communication. It is a place that really wants to make sure that they are making the right decision moving forward, which I cannot blame them for.

Basic questions, Really want to get to know about your experience working rather than schooling, which I think is fair, Would also be nice for them to hire people straight out of college but I understand training cost would be much higher.

The interview process had more steps than I was used to but I felt well prepared for all of the interviews. The interviews themselves were difficult but the interviewers were kind and very friendly.

Very positive and thorough. I felt comfortable the entire time. It covered my previous experience, and asked about what I am looking for in my next opportunity :). We also discussed my use of the product
