Grammarly put me through 3 months of systems design interviews and coding challenges. I passed and they made an offer. Then their new CTO, who has worked at Grammarly less time than the amount of time I’ve been interviewing with them decides they are only hiring inNew York City and my offer was rescinded. To repeat, I went through their entire process, they made a job offer to me and then the next day took it away. I even sat through their equity presentation with HR. They are unethical and have no respect for their candidates time and energy. AVOID.
All of this should have been discussed before I started interviewing. Not after I received an offer.
