Fairly Simple. Walked in and was seated and then i spoke to the owner about what i knew about tool and die. Gave me a walk around the shop. Explained what i would be doing on a daily basis.

If i had worked with WordPerfect, had i ever done anything related to CNC or Purchasing.

Interview
Phone interview, and in-person interview with maintenance manager and HR and we discussed day to day basis, long term goals and of course salary. Good people with descent moral which is a plus.
