Interview
Job posting was found on every possible site available under a deceptive title of "marketing intern." Drew a lot of applicants that didn't really know what the job was about (standing around in a store for 8 hours a day and approaching people about DirecTv). Not difficult to make it through the actual interviews themselves--the first one was just to make sure you were sociable enough, could look presentable, and were willing to do the job and the second one was at the store to make sure you knew what the job entailed and were willing to do it. The selection process is not difficult; it's the retaining of employees that is.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Have you ever sold DirecTv before? Honestly, there weren't unexpected questions. It's just going into the first interview, most people have no idea what they're in for.

Interview
The interview process was a joke. Sean doesn't ask questions about you really. He tells you all the stuff about pay and the position which is very vague and mostly untrue. He doesn't tell you anything in which you want to know about the position, it's just a beat around the bush description.
