The interview was conducted with the security personnel supervisor for the Jackson area and it took place over the phone initially. Once terms were agreed upon over the phone, we then met in person and I formally applied for the position by submitting my resume and filling out necessary paperwork. After that, I complied with a drug test and they checked my background. Once completed, I was able to start work immediately. Overall, this took about a week.
