The interview was fairly underwhelming and consisted primarily of basic STAR questions. Certain aspects of the role concerned me, including a 90-day probationary period requiring a full Monday–Friday, 9–5 in-office schedule. Following the probationary period, the position would transition to a permanent hybrid arrangement with fixed in-office days for the duration of employment. What stood out most was that employees hired previously or in more senior positions are permitted to work fully remotely, while new hires are subject to significantly less flexibility.
