Had a 15 minute Zoom interview with the Founder. He did not introduce himself during the interview, I had looked him up on LinkedIn prior to the call.
Once I joined the call, we exchanged "how are you?"s and he jumped straight into fairly rapid-fire questions. The role was advertised as entry-level with an entry-level wage, but when it was my turn to ask questions about the scope of the job, it was clear that he was looking for a senior or management level candidate to work for an entry-level wage.
The job was advertised as a part-time role, and one of the interview questions was "Why are you looking for a part-time role?" which seemed very bizarre.
The interviewer barely closed the call before leaving. Not even a basic "thank you for your time, we'll be in touch" I said "thank you for your time", he said "mmhmm" and ended the call.
If you don't like to interview people, hire an HR person or work with a recruiter.
