Two part interview, one is with the HR representative and the other is with your future boss. Sounds like a good company to work for as the both interviews were very pleasant.

Question 1
They asked about you knowledge of the population and their services. They also asked about your experience in working with their population and others.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Support Inc (Hickory, NC) in Apr 2018
Interview
I was allowed to come in and observe the site to get an idea of what the company does for children. I stayed for five hours to observe and then had a short interview which consisted of fewer questions than I had for them. A couple days later I was asked to come in because they had a few more questions for me. I was there four hours! Nobody asked me questions and I ended up babysitting a class while another staff member asked me if I was hired. The site I was at was very mismanaged, chaotic, and staff members seemed overstressed. The site manager was flaky and the level of disorder was appalling. The current certified teacher was leaving his job for good reasons. Be wary as both an applicant or a parent of a child who attends this program.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Support Inc (Gastonia, NC) in Mar 2015
Interview
it was just a phone call nothing more. they are hurting for people constantly. basically if you interview, you will get hired. This job is a money grab for upper management so they just use bodies to fill spaces and it shows in the work force
