Interview
The interview process was non existent. Your friend gives you her number and when you call her she just wants to know can your work the next day (or sometimes even the same day). Then she ask if you know anyone else who wants to work. She will ask you if you have all black because the is our "uniform". She will also need a number to call you on at any given time 24/7.
