I first applied online, all I had to do was Fill the application through their website, then they called me on the phone, for a phome interview. Then you are asked for an in person interview.

email notification sent and called into store to schedule interview 1;1 with behavioral questions a few weeks later a different manager called asking if I was still interested in position.

Interview
They ask the questions out on the floor. It's too public and very awkward. They ask you the basic sales person questions. They also then ask you to sell them some products while on the floor. How would you talk about it? What would you tell the customer? Then they say they will call you after they are done interviewing others.
