Technical phone screen with live pair coding. Overall, it was a positive experience. The developer who did the pair coding was helpful, and the questions were relevant. More importantly, they later provided feedback on what went well, and what could've been improved. I had to go out of the way to obtain this information, unfortunately, but at least they provided it. I think the staffing agency that set up the interview could've done a better job at obtaining feedback.
