I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Surgical Solutions (Grand Rapids, MI) in Oct 2025
Interview
After I applied online, a recruiter reached out quickly. The first conversation was a phone interview with a recruiter, they asked about my current role and duties, my experience in SPD, discussed my certifications and talked alot about the shift expectations. About 2-3 days later I did a virtual interview with the actual hiring manager, that was about 45 minuets, where they asked me similar questions, but they did a good job of explaining what a typical day may look like. I was contacted after that interview a few days later and was extended an offer.

I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Surgical Solutions (New York, NY)
Interview
The interview process was 3 H/R employees that do NOT have a background in health care, Two of them were Skypes & to be blunt this company has already had severe financial issues, with an investor backing them to some extent with cash. But there work flow is all wrong & i do not expect it to change from what i have already heard in the market place!

Question 1
I answered all of their questions, and each one gave me positive feedback! I never had the chance to interview with anyone in sales or a clinical capacity which is wrong! Always trust your gut and i am glad that i will not be involved with this group!
