There were an obscene number of people on the interview panel for an entry level position, which was unexpected. I felt like I was interviewing for the position of CEO.

Interview
The process consists of a test before the interview, depending on the position you applied for. For the administrative assistant, the test is all done on a computer in the office of HR. If you pass the test, you are scheduled a panel interview, there are usually 3 people. The questions are all in regards to your experience and why you want to work for them. The length of the interview depends on your answers, and of course, how well you hit it off with the panel.
