When I first applied, I didn’t hear anything back, even after following up via email to ask about the status of my application—no reply. After a while, they removed the job posting, only to re-advertise it. So, I applied again. This time, I received a phone call for a pre-screening, which seemed like progress.
During the call, however, they asked me strategy-related questions, which felt completely out of place at this early stage. After that, I never heard from them again.

Had 3 conversations, started with the CEO because the job required to work close with him. Next was the hiring manager and later the COO. General talks about my skills and how I would approach the job.

Interview
First there is an interview with the HR spokesperson, It's basically to get to know you and what you want out of the job offer. Then I got invited to a second interview with to two people I needed to work with and then the questions are more about the skills you need to have in order to get the full potential out of the position.
