Straight forward process. Interview questions mostly mathematical and probability. Little to do with resume aside from introduction. Do not care so much about pace as they do understanding and accuracy. Take your time. Three rounds.

Online assessment that was not that hard and then a phone interview it was not too bad just the usual expected value and probability and that sort of thing. Dice questions and coin questions.
30 minute phone call mostly behavioral but one math question that was brief and simple, had to be explained back to the interviewer. mostly fit and culture questions though. fdsf
