Initially had a phone screen. Easy questions related to garbage collection, one easy algorithm question. Phone screen Interviewer seemed knowledgeable. The onsite interview process consists of a coding round on a desktop machine followed by two rounds of two people panel. First set of Interviewers asked follow up questions related to DS part about the coding round solution. Questions were very subjective in nature and also touched some SQL concepts. The second set of interviewers for the design round did not show any interest and it basically felt like a mere formality. At the end of the interview, the HR contact provides a walk-around of the campus and talks about all the free benefits. In my opinion, some of them seem to be nice perks on the outside, but also seems to be in place to hold employees accountable for every single minute. The interview reimbursement process was unlike standard companies and disappointing process. I ended up paying some expenses out of my pocket for meals. Also maybe stop asking about past salary information.
