I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Susquehanna International Group (Bala-Cynwyd, PA) in Oct 2018
Interview
Initially had a phone screen. Easy questions related to garbage collection, one easy algorithm question. Phone screen Interviewer seemed knowledgeable. The onsite interview process consists of a coding round on a desktop machine followed by two rounds of two people panel. First set of Interviewers asked follow up questions related to DS part about the coding round solution. Questions were very subjective in nature and also touched some SQL concepts. The second set of interviewers for the design round did not show any interest and it basically felt like a mere formality.
At the end of the interview, the HR contact provides a walk-around of the campus and talks about all the free benefits. In my opinion, some of them seem to be nice perks on the outside, but also seems to be in place to hold employees accountable for every single minute.
The interview reimbursement process was unlike standard companies and disappointing process. I ended up paying some expenses out of my pocket for meals. Also maybe stop asking about past salary information.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Given a dataset, store data to answer some queries like finding movies of a particular date range, retrieve movies of a particular genre and data range etc. They expect C# solution but does not like LINQ for some weird reason since they don't understand it. Basic design questions related to past projects. I did not learn anything from the interviewers and it felt like a waste of time.

Interview
Was pretty easy, 1 round of phone screen interview + 2 - 4 hours of onsite final round. Onsite is scheduled to take place in person in the office.
Interviews were pleasant to talk good and experience was quite good.

I applied online. I interviewed at Susquehanna International Group
Interview
The OA consists of four LeetCode questions, needed to be done within 70 min. Highly recommend revising how to do the int-string conversion in the language you will use. The problems themselves are not hard, but better to have a clear high-level view before you code.
