Phone interview with easy probablity questions. Second round was a case study on calculating possibility of future dividend initiation with little explanation. Didn't pass case study round and got no reason why.

Interview focused primarily on fit and why growth equity. 1 case study that was a bit challenging, but other than that the interviews were straightforward. Went from phone screen with HR to a superday with about 6 investors. Phone screen was primarily resume based
