Had the initial phone interview, then the second and third round interviews were constantly rescheduled which was the first red flag for me. The second interviewer was very blasé about her approach and you could tell she was attempting to serve unbothered boss bxtch, but she was nothing like that, she was nothing of the sort. The third interviewer (their General Counsel) didn't ask any questions but proceeded to talk to me about booking half-naked belly dancers and then said that they weren't sure if they even wanted to fill their headcount at all. Very strange process overall and they don't have any sort of plan going forward for their Org, so I'm glad I dodged this bullet.
