      Manager Interview

      9 Jul 2021
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Declined offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

      I interviewed at Sutter Health

      Interview

Three panel interviews including executives. HR process was okay but didn’t really answer my questions. The interviewers mostly had negative things to say about the work. Overall the people seemed nice but didn’t offer good vibes about the job itself.

      Manager Interview

      15 Mar 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Rancho Cordova, CA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sutter Health (Rancho Cordova, CA) in Jan 2016

      Interview

Sutter Physician Services has a pretty extensive interview process. I had the opportunity to speak to a variety of people, from peers to managers to VPs. There were phone interviews, one on one interviews, and panels interviews. All were well prepared, candid, asked insightful questions, and shared a lot of information about the company. The process was intense, but I was given an opportunity not only to tell the company all about me, but to also learn about the environment and see if it was a good fit. Very impressive and organized process; it was difficult from the level of number of interviews, but a very positive experience.

      Manager Interview

      10 Nov 2014
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Sutter Health

      Interview

I had 2 panel interviews and a one on one with the hiring director. About 6 people on each panel. It was a long process from the time I applied. About 2 months. Be prepared to answer many questions from all people on the panel. I would say out of all of the places I have interviewed, it wasn't the hardest, but it wasn't the easiest either. They did really pick apart my resume. Mostly to see if it was accurate.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Most questions were situational. How I would handle difficult situations.
